目前,我国常用的钢筋连接方法有电弧焊、电渣压力焊、气压焊及搭接接头等。这些连接方法,程度不同的存在一些缺点和弊端。搭接接头的缺点是接头耗费钢材多,钢筋传力性能差。设计规范规定,当钢筋直径大于25 mm时,不应采用非焊接的搭接接头。电弧焊效率低,电渣压力焊则需要大功率的电源,而气压焊要求高水平的技工和严格的管理,并对钢筋的化学成分有特殊的要求,焊接质量不易得到保证。
At present, China’s commonly used method of connecting steel arc welding, electro-slag pressure welding, pressure welding and lap joints. These connection methods, to some extent, have some disadvantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage of lap joints is that the joints consume more steel and the transmission performance of the reinforcing bars is poor. Design rules, when the reinforcement diameter greater than 25 mm, non-welded lap joints should not be used.
