报告黄色肉芽肿性肾盂肾炎（ＸＧＰ）１５例，临床特征为：尿路有合并感染的结石或梗阻因素存在；患肾功能损害；血沉增快；肝功能异常。８例病人术前作出诊断。外科手术是重要的治疗方法，经治疗预后良好。
Report of 15 cases of yellow granulomatous pyelonephritis (XGP), clinical features: urinary tract infection with stones or obstruction exist; suffering from renal dysfunction; ESR; liver dysfunction. Eight patients were diagnosed preoperatively. Surgery is an important treatment, the prognosis is good.
