当前我国不少地方还存在脱离自身需要盲目引资的情况。为提高引资决策的科学性,本文从分析投资者与投资环境的关系入手,提出投资生态理论及其研究的两个问题:即对投资者而言,是研究投资环境的选择以及对投资环境的适应;对引资者而言,是对投资环境的改善以及对投资者的选择。进一步地,本文分析研究了投资生态系统的内部作用机制,并从投资生态平衡的角度,提出当投资者与投资生态环境相互满足、投资者需求与引资方需求相一致时,才能实现引资(投资)效益最大化。
At present, there are still many places in our country that need blind investment from their own needs. In order to improve the scientific decision-making of attracting foreign investment, this article starts with the analysis of the relationship between investors and investment environment, and puts forward two problems of investment ecology theory and its research: that is, for investors, it is the choice of studying investment environment and the investment environment Adaptation; for investors, is to improve the investment environment and the choice of investors.
