The rapid development of modern social economy, promote the development of IT industry. The development of IT technology makes the computer system and computer network more and more widely used in people’s work and life. The theoretical tool for resource allocation and task scheduling for computer systems and computer networks is dynamic optimization. This paper discusses the computer system and computer network from the model, solution and application through Markov decision.
