针对在某发动机试车从起动到慢车过程中以及在慢车运转一段时间后,突发振动总量增大和嗡鸣声的故障,通过对整机振动测点所测振动信号进行分析和模态试验,排除了气动因素以及结构件共振等因素,认为是该发动机转子腔内有积油,积油在一定转速范围内发生自激振动,导致整机振动幅值较大,并最终造成发动机转静件间发生碰摩。通过在转子腔上开甩油孔的方式,以使积油在转子运转过程中可以甩出,在其后试车过程中振动正常,该故障得以排除。
