经过对青枯病具有不同抗性的 7个桉树品系叶和根内多酚氧化酶 ( PPO)活性及其同工酶谱带电泳分析 ,结果表明 :桉树所有品系叶片中多酚氧化酶活性显著高于根部 ,具有不同抗病性的桉树各品系之间其多酚氧化酶存在着显著差异。对青枯病抗性较强的桉树品系内多酚氧化酶活性显著比抗病性弱的品系高。多酚氧化酶同工酶电泳分析发现 ,不同抗病性的桉树品系之间 ,同工酶谱带在条带数及各条带的相对强弱方面表现出明显差异 ,这说明与桉树对青枯病的抗性差异有关。
After seven eucalyptus strains with different resistance to bacterial wilt, the polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity and its isoenzymes in the leaves and roots were analyzed by electrophoresis. The results showed that the polyphenol oxidase activity in leaves of all strains of Eucalyptus was significant There was a significant difference in polyphenol oxidase among the above-ground Eucalyptus strains with different disease resistances. Polyphenol oxidase activity in Eucalyptus strains with stronger resistance to bacterial wilt was significantly higher than those with weak disease resistance.
