目的掌握广西食源性沙门菌优势血清型,建立广西食源性沙门菌优势血清型脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)指纹图谱资料库。方法对2015年收集的菌株进行血清分型,用PFGE方法对优势血清型鼠伤寒沙门菌进行分子分型,结合相关流行病学信息进行分析。结果 2015年从广西共收集到330株沙门菌,80株经血清学鉴定为鼠伤寒沙门菌,其中哨点医院病例中77株,食品中3株。80株鼠伤寒沙门菌经Xba I酶切分为67种型别,其中24株菌11种型别同源性分别达到100%,优势型别为JEX001.CN0056(3株)和JEX001.CN0062(3株)。36株菌26种型别同源性达到96%以上,JEX001.CN0015为食品分离株与腹泻病例株完全匹配型别。结论鼠伤寒沙门菌是2015年广西食源性沙门菌的优势血清型,呈高度散发状态。食品分离株与临床株之间同源性不高,但大部分散发腹泻菌株具有高度同源性。
Objective To understand the dominant serotypes of foodborne Salmonella in Guangxi and to establish a PFGE fingerprint database of dominant foodborne Salmonella species in Guangxi. Methods The serotypes of the strains collected in 2015 were genotyped. The genotypes of Salmonella typhimurium were analyzed by PFGE and the related epidemiological data were analyzed. Results A total of 330 Salmonella strains were collected from Guangxi in 2015 and 80 were serologically confirmed as Salmonella typhimurium, of which 77 were sentinel hospitals and 3 were from foodstuffs. Eighty Salmonella typhimurium strains were digested by Xba I into 67 types, of which 11 strains of 24 strains had 100% homology respectively, and the dominant strains were JEX001.CN0056 (3 strains) and JEX001.CN0062 3 strains). The homology of 26 types of 36 strains reached more than 96%. JEX001.CN0015 was a perfect match between the food isolate and the diarrhea case strain. Conclusion Salmonella typhimurium is the predominant serotype of food-borne Salmonella in Guangxi in 2015, and is highly exuded. The homology between the food isolate and the clinical strain is not high, but most of the diarrhea-releasing strains have high homology.
