一、燃料动力综合体的特点和一般评价苏联的燃料动力综合体——是雄厚的各部门间的区域系统和总动力系统,也是统一的国民经济综合体的组成部分。它包括生产、运输、能源分配等过程的总和,就实质来说,燃料动力综合体是动力供应的统一系统,其目的在于有效而可靠地保障国民经济对能源的需求。无论是能源生产的总规模还是单独的载能体的组成,都与国民经济的规模、结构和发展的速度密切相关。
First, the characteristics of fuel-power complex and general evaluation of the Soviet Union’s fuel-powered complex - is a strong regional and total power systems between departments, but also a part of a unified national economy complex. It includes the sum of the processes of production, transportation and energy distribution. In essence, the fuel power complex is a unified system of power supply, and its purpose is to effectively and reliably ensure the energy demand of the national economy. Both the overall size of energy production and the composition of individual energy carriers are closely related to the size, structure and speed of development of the national economy.
