本文报道连续3年用有机磷化合物甲嘧硫磷(Pirimiphos methyl WDP,简称O. P)在印度东北部进行屋内滞留喷洒的实验结果。实验在3个地区进行,(1)人口密度17/km~2,O. P用量1g/m~2;(2)人口密度12/km~2,O. P用量2g/m~2,每年喷3遍;(3)人口密度18/km~2,DDT用量1g/m~2,每年喷2次。每隔两周的上午6:30~8:30,从人房和牲畜棚收集蚊虫以测定室内残余蚊密度,并用捕蚊器收集下午6:00至翌晨6:00的蚊虫,测定室内、外的嗜人蚊数。另用20~30只多斑按蚊进行生物学分析,确定喷洒效力,并对发热病例血检进行寄生虫学观察。
In this paper, we report the experimental results of three-year indoor spraying with Pirimiphos methyl WDP (O.P) in northeastern India. The experiments were carried out in three regions: (1) population density of 17 / km ~ 2 and O. P dosage of 1 g / m ~ 2; (2) population density of 12 / km ~ Spray 3 times; (3) population density 18 / km ~ 2, DDT dosage 1g / m ~ 2, spraying 2 times a year.
