目的:探讨性激素替代疗法(HRT)对围绝经期妇女血清雌激素水平及围绝经期综合症状的影响。方法:随机选择2006～2007年本院妇科门诊的围绝经期患者123例,应用补佳乐和安宫黄体酮序贯周期疗法,观察其用药3个月、6个月、9个月的疗效。结果:123例患者用药后血清中FSH和LH值明显下降,血清E2显著上升(P<0.01),患者的围绝经期综合症状明显好转。结论:适量补充雌激素是有益的,可以提升体内雌激素的水平,缓解围绝经期患者的综合症状。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) on serum estrogen level and perimenopausal syndrome in perimenopausal women. Methods: A total of 123 perimenopausal women with gynecological clinic at our hospital from 2006 to 2007 were randomly selected. Sequential cyclophosphamide was given to the patients with perimenopausal period, and the effects of 3 months, 6 months and 9 months were observed. . Results: Serum FSH and LH were significantly decreased in 123 patients and serum E2 was significantly increased (P <0.01), and their perimenopausal symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion: Moderate replenishment of estrogen is beneficial, which can increase the level of estrogen in the body and relieve the symptoms of perimenopausal patients.
