患者男性,2岁。呕吐9天,惊厥1天入院。检查发现颈部强直,克氏征阳性。血涂片恶性疟原虫环状体阳性。CSF化验:WBC 20/mm~3,蛋白140g/mm~3,糖未测。CSF离心沉淀物革兰染色发现有少许酵母样微生物。分别于血、巧克力及沙氏培养基培养(巧克力平板在CO_2环境),37℃,24小时。长出小的干燥菌落,沙氏培养基上生长出较大的粘液样闪亮菌落,印度墨汁显示有荚膜,并作生化检测,该菌可利用糖及产生尿素酶,故证实为新生隐球菌。隐球菌乳胶凝集试验抗原滴定度为1:520。血培养阴性。

Respectively, in blood, chocolate and sand culture medium (chocolate plate in CO_2 environment), 37 ℃, 24 hours. Growing small dry colonies, sand culture medium grew larger mucinous shining colonies, Indian ink shows a capsule, and biochemical tests, the bacteria can use sugar and produce urease, it proved to be newborn Cocci. Cryptococcus lactis agglutination test antigen titer of 1: 520. Negative blood culture.
