A transconductance-capacitance (Gm-C) low-pass filter for a wireless local area network (WLAN) transceiver system is introduced, which operates at low voltages and has high linearity. The RF transmitter has a 3-order Chebyshev low-pass filter with a cutoff frequency of 9.9 MHz and a stop-band attenuation of 30.5 dB at a frequency of 30 MHz. Due to the transimpedance loop technology, the IIP3 can reach 13.5dBm when the filter operates at 1.2V supply voltage. Circuit 0.13μm CMOS technology to achieve, the filter chip size 0.52mm × 0.17mm, current consumption 3.76mA.
