最近,瑞典Dynapac公司提供了轻型插入式振动器系列产品,接220V的交流电源,其棒径分别为29、39、49和59mm。振动器采用不同长度驱动轴的积木式结构,可以选配1.5m、2m、3m及6m的各种长度。在棒体与驱动轴及驱动电机之间采用左旋螺栓连接,可以使棒体、驱动轴和驱动电机在工地很方便地进行互换。振动器的频率为12000Hz,振幅为1.2mm。振动器可选择两个驱动电机,电机配有断流电刷,当电机达到磨损极限(约250小时)时,可以自动断电。整套振动器重量只有10kg。
Recently, Dynapac of Sweden provided a series of lightweight plug-in vibrators, connected to a 220V AC power supply, with rod diameters of 29, 39, 49 and 59 mm, respectively. The vibrator adopts a modular structure with different lengths of drive shafts and can be equipped with various lengths of 1.5m, 2m, 3m and 6m. The use of a left-handed bolt connection between the rod body and the drive shaft and the drive motor allows the rod body, drive shaft and drive motor to be interchanged easily at the construction site. The frequency of the vibrator was 12000 Hz and the amplitude was 1.2 mm. The vibrator can select two drive motors. The motor is equipped with a cut-off brush. When the motor reaches the wear limit (about 250 hours), it can be powered off automatically. The entire vibrator weighs only 10kg.
