目的 :探讨基质金属蛋白酶 - 2 (MMP - 2 ,72kD、6 2kD)的活性与乳腺癌侵润、转移的关系。方法 :利用酶谱和计算机软件检测并分析了 35例乳腺癌组织中MMP - 2活性。结果 :乳腺癌MMP(72kD)的水平低于乳腺癌 ,P <0 0 5 ;MMP (6 2kD +72kD)乳腺纤维腺瘤与乳腺癌比较时 ,P >0 0 5。同时发现MMP(6 2kD)乳腺癌组 (13 83± 4 5 3)明显高于乳腺纤维腺瘤 (6 89± 2 94) ,P <0 0 5 ;MMP(6 2kD/6 2kD +72kD) :乳腺癌组 (0 48)明显高于乳腺纤维瘤 (0 2 4) ,P <0 0 1;转移组 (0 6 1)明显高于无转移组 (0 42 ) ,P <0 0 1;浸润组 (0 48)明显高于非浸润组 (0 36 ) ,P <0 0 1。结论 :MMP - 2的活性水平与乳腺癌的侵袭、转移有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the activity of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2, 72kD, and 62kD) and invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods : MMP-2 activity was detected and analyzed in 35 cases of breast cancer using zymography and computer software. Results: The level of MMP(72kD) in breast cancer was lower than that in breast cancer, P<0.05; MMP(6 2kD+72kD) breast fibroadenoma compared with breast cancer, P>0 05. At the same time, it was found that MMP(6 2kD) in breast cancer group (13 83±4 5 3) was significantly higher than that in breast fibroadenoma (6 89±2 94), P <0 05 ; MMP (6 2kD/6 2kD +72kD): The breast cancer group (0 48) was significantly higher than the breast fibroma (04), P <0 01; the metastatic group (0 61) was significantly higher than the non-metastasis group (0 42), P <0 01; infiltration The group (0 48) was significantly higher than the non-invasive group (0 36), P <0 01. Conclusion: The activity level of MMP-2 is related to the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
