中职生职业素养的重要性,近年来被教育界广泛重视,大多数医学院校也在不断加强对中职学生的医德素质和道德修养的培养。从公共基础课程的整合和优化、第二课堂的开设以及实习课程的开设,三个方面提出了中职生职业素养培养的有效方法。
The importance of vocational literacy of secondary vocational students in recent years, widespread attention by the education sector, most medical colleges and universities are also constantly strengthening the quality of medical students and ethics training. From three aspects: the integration and optimization of public basic courses, the opening of the second class and the establishment of internship courses, the author puts forward some effective methods to cultivate the vocational qualifications of vocational students.
