关于钼合金的高温氧化虽已有不少报道,但钇对钼高温氧化的影响还很少有人研究过。本实验采用纯度为99.9%以上的垂熔钼条,主要杂质(%)为: Ni Mn Mg Ti Al Fe Cu W 0.0015 <0.0001 <0.003 <0.0003 0.0007 0.0015 0.0009 0.023 熔化是在非自耗钨电极电弧炉氩气保护气氛中进行,氩气预先经加热钙和熔融锆锭进行纯化。为使成分均匀,每一试样都反复熔化6次。配制的五种成分和相应的铸态试样,室温硬度如下:
