用经蔗糖密度梯度离心纯化的鸡传染性支气管炎病毒（ＩＢＶ，Ｍ４１）作为抗原免疫ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠，通过常规淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术产生杂交瘤细胞，经ＥＬＩＳＡ筛选，获得了４株能分泌特异性抗ＩＢＶ单克隆抗体的细胞系，分别命名为４ＡＣ１、４ＡＦ１、６ＤＨ８及２ＤＨ１０。４株单抗的亚类都属于ＩｇＧ２ｂ，在Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔｔｉｎｇ试验中，４ＡＦ１、６ＤＨ８２株单抗特异性地识别ＩＢＶ的核衣壳蛋白（Ｎ）；经ＥＬＩＳＡ测定，各株单抗４０ｈ培养上清效价达１０－２～１０－４，第７天腹水效价达１０－５～１０－６，４ＡＦ１、６ＤＨ８与所试７个ＩＢＶ标准株及２个ＩＢＶ分离株都发生反应
