用经蔗糖密度梯度离心纯化的鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV,M41)作为抗原免疫BALB/c小鼠,通过常规淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术产生杂交瘤细胞,经ELISA筛选,获得了4株能分泌特异性抗IBV单克隆抗体的细胞系,分别命名为4AC1、4AF1、6DH8及2DH10。4株单抗的亚类都属于IgG2b,在Westernblotting试验中,4AF1、6DH82株单抗特异性地识别IBV的核衣壳蛋白(N);经ELISA测定,各株单抗40h培养上清效价达10-2~10-4,第7天腹水效价达10-5~10-6,4AF1、6DH8与所试7个IBV标准株及2个IBV分离株都发生反应
