注塑成型得到的塑料储罐封头,常因注塑工艺参数不合适引起翘曲总位移过大,造成螺纹结构及尺寸精度不符合要求而报废。运用Moldex3D CAE模流分析软件,对ABS材料的内螺纹为2.5″-8NPSM的储罐封头进行数值模拟,以翘曲变形最大值作为评价指标,采用多因素正交法,研究填充时间、保压压力、冷却时间、熔体温度及模具温度等工艺条件对翘曲变形的影响,通过极差分析比较不同工艺参数对翘曲变形的影响程度。结果表明:保压压力对翘曲变形的影响最大,最佳工艺条件为:充填时间1.6 s、保压压力为充填结束压力的90%、冷却时间12.5 s、熔体温度220℃和模具温度60℃,此时翘曲变形最大值为0.6467 mm。
