太阳能是可再生资源的重要组成部分。太阳能产业是一个具有较高技术含量的高新技术产业,其现阶段的发展离不开税收政策的扶持。本文分析了当前我国太阳能利用与开发中税收激励政策存在的缺失,提出了激励太阳能技术研发与利用的一系列政策措施。
Solar energy is an important part of renewable resources. The solar energy industry is a high-tech industry with a high technological content. Its development at this stage can not be supported by the tax policy. This article analyzes the current lack of tax incentives in solar energy utilization and development in our country and puts forward a series of policies and measures to encourage the development and utilization of solar energy technologies.
