E_2 钢是重庆市钢铁研究所和自贡井盐设计研究所为解决真空制盐蒸发罐加热管耐盐卤腐蚀问题而研制的一个新钢种。真空制盐蒸发罐加热管是真空制盐工业的主要设备材料,在生产过程中管外受到70~150℃的蒸汽(含少量 O_2、CO_2 及NaC1)介质的作用。管内是流速为1.0~1.7M/S、温度55~140℃的盐浆介质。由于高温下氯离子的腐蚀作用,加热管的局部坑蚀和孔蚀极为严重。通常在温度较高的一效罐内,碳素钢管使用寿命为6~9个 E_2 steel is a new type of steel developed by Chongqing Iron and Steel Institute and Zigong Well Salt Design Institute to solve the problem of brine corrosion resistance of vacuum brine evaporation cans.
