闭锁综合征(Locked-in syndrome)是一种特殊类型的意识状态。病人表现意识清楚,四肢瘫痪,不能活动,不能讲话,可借助瞬目闭眼动作和眼球活动示意来表达思维。本病近年来逐渐被人们所认识,临床报道不少,但病理报告尚不多见,本文报告1例经剖检证实的闭锁综合征,报告如下:病人男性,62岁,工人。1988年4月27日入院,5月4日死亡,住院7天。病人于入院前3天下午活动中突然感到左侧肢体无力,言语不清,呕吐一次。当晚发烧38℃,无头痛。翌日家人发现病人不能讲话,瘫痪加重,且右侧肢体也不好使,伴阵发性意识不清,饮水返呛。既
