本文介绍国内外均热炉节能工艺,主要包括计算机控制均热炉操作;钢锭液芯装炉法;“逆L型”加热模型及其改进和无加热初轧工艺。并对国内初轧厂均热炉工作提出建议。
This paper introduces the energy-saving process of soaking furnace at home and abroad, including computer-controlled soaking furnace operation; ingot liquid core loading method; “inverse L-shaped” heating model and its improvement and no-heating initial rolling process. And the domestic first rolling mill soaking furnace work put forward suggestions.
