工会“十大”向广大职工群众发出了当主人、作贡献,建设“两个文明”的号召,对各级工会组织提出了新的战斗任务。为了贯彻工会“十大”精神,开创工会工作新局面,必须从财力上给予保证,收好、管好、用好工会经费。几年来,我们围绕着增加收入,开辟财源,加强管理,合理使用方面动脑筋,有力地支持了工会工作的开展。一、广开财路、增加收入工会经费的来源有四个。一是会员交纳的会费,二是行政拨交的工会经费,三是工会的事业收入,四是企业行政补助和其他收入。会费是基层工会经费的主要来源之一。会费收交
