目的:建立吉林地区北五味子药材的质量评价体系。方法:采用性状鉴别;高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子醇甲的含量;采用HPLC-DAD建立五味子指纹图谱。结果:8种五味子药材外观性状与其品质无明显的相关性;五味子甲素含量变化很小,五味子乙素、五味子醇甲的含量差异较大;其五味子指纹图谱的相关性良好。结论:建立的北五味子质量评价方法简便可行,为北五味子药材的道地性提供理论依据,为药材的标准化种植及其质量评价提供参考。
Objective: To establish the quality evaluation system of Radix Schisandra in Jilin Province. Methods: The content of Schisandrin A, Schisandrin B, Schisandra chinensis A was determined by HPLC; the fingerprint of Schisandra chinensis was established by HPLC-DAD. Results: There was no obvious correlation between the appearance and quality of the eight kinds of Schisandra chinensis. The contents of Schisandrin A and Schisandra chinensis were quite different. The content of schisandrin B and Schisandra chinensis was quite different. Conclusion: The established Schisandra chinensis quality evaluation method is simple and feasible, which provides a theoretical basis for the authenticity of Radix Schisandra chinensis and provides references for the standardized cultivation and quality evaluation of Radix.
