《药品管理法》实施以来,我们在卫生部和省人大的监督、支持,省政府的正确领导及各有关部门的密切配合下,各级药政、药检、药品监督管理干部的不懈努力以及广大人民群众的积极支持,经过几年的努力,克服重重困难,我省已经比较顺利地实现了由行政到法制管理的重要转变.使我们的药政管理,药品监督工作发生了根本性的变化出现了新局面,概括起来,有以下几点.
