夏季腹泻患者增多 ,急性胃肠炎引起的恶心呕吐、腹泻、体液的丢失必然补液。补液的过程中出现手足搐搦的患者占有一定的比例 ,我院从 2 0 0 2年 5月至 2 0 0 3年 5月共收治急性胃肠炎患者 86例。其中出现手足搐搦的 5例患者中 ,应用环丙沙星的 3例 ,庆大霉素 1例 ,瑞复欣 1例。
Increased summer diarrhea, acute gastroenteritis caused by nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, fluid loss inevitable rehydration. In the process of rehydration, tetany occurs in patients with a certain proportion of our hospital from May 2002 to February 2003 were treated 86 cases of acute gastroenteritis patients. Among them, 5 cases of tetany were treated with ciprofloxacin in 3 cases, gentamicin in 1 case and riflexin in 1 case.
