著作权,又称为版权,分为著作人身权利与著作财产权利。随着改革开放和市场经济的迅猛发展美术作品的著作权保护将日益体现其特殊性和重要性,而法律意义上的保护与冲突的矛盾也为其发展提供了动力,本文拟从著作权的基本概念以及关系最密切的人身权利上的分析为当前美术作品的发展提供借鉴和帮助。
