本文通过对吉林省法制办公室、省安全厅等有关部门的咨询及走访,分析了吉林省行政执法工作中存在的主要问题,并结合吉林省行政执法工作的实际,提出了“明确行政执法的功能地位”等建议,旨在对吉林省的行政执法工作有所裨益。
