目的观察水痘病毒活疫苗病毒种子批是否潜伏有神经毒力。方法将水痘病毒活疫苗病毒种子批接种于猴丘脑内和小脑延髓池 ,观察中枢神经系统的临床症状以及脑组织的病理学变化。结果所有实验猴均未见嗜睡、昏迷、惊厥、癫痫、共济失调、上下肢震颤及眼球震颤、单颤、偏瘫等中枢神经症状 ,脑组织无病理学改变。结论实验组与对照组猴脑内均存在针迹反应现象 ,但中枢神经系统均未见水痘病毒及其它种微生物引起的脑内病变 ,表明水痘病毒种子批CC5 -95[22]毒种对猴体不具有神经毒力
Objective To observe whether varicella live vaccine virus seed lurking latent neurotoxicity. Methods The live varicella virus vaccine strain was inoculated in the thalamus and cerebellar cistern and observed the clinical symptoms of the central nervous system and the pathological changes of the brain tissue. Results All experimental monkeys had no symptoms of central nervous system such as drowsiness, coma, convulsions, epilepsy, ataxia, tremor and nystagmus of upper and lower limbs, single tremor and hemiplegia, and no pathological changes of brain tissue. Conclusion There were stitches in the brain of experimental group and control group, but none of the lesions in the central nervous system were caused by varicella and other microbes. It indicated that varicella virus seed CC5-95 [22] Body does not have the nerve toxicity
