带有聚能器(又称变幅杆或速度变换器)的超声换能器的设计,通常按半个波长 和一个波长这二种方法进行设计。本文讨论了一个波长的设计方法,以超声换能器 的波腹为界,把换能器分为聚能器和夹心式发生器二部分,然后,从一般形式出发, 引入形状函数,根据聚能器各部分的边界条件和连续条件,按一维问题,从理论上 推导出了在有负载情况下,复合聚能器的频率方程,同时导出了计算复合聚能器各 点的位移,振速,应变,纵向弹性力,应力和振速放大系数的一般表达式,为今后 各类聚能器的设计提供理论依据。
The design of ultrasonic transducers with concentrator (also known as horn or speed changer) is usually designed in half wavelength and one wavelength. In this paper, a design method of wavelength is discussed. The transducer is divided into two parts: concentrator and sandwich generator. The shape function is introduced according to the general form, Based on the one-dimensional problem, the boundary conditions and continuous conditions of each part of the energy converter are deduced theoretically from the frequency equation of the composite concentrator under the condition of load. At the same time, the displacement and vibration of the composite concentrator are calculated. The general expressions of velocity, strain, longitudinal elastic force, stress and vibration amplification factor provide the theoretical basis for the design of various concentrators in the future.
