目的对手术室护理中存在的安全隐患进行分析并提出相应的管理对策,从而减少护理差错事件的发生。方法手术室护理中存在的安全隐患是多方面的,本研究对其存在的安全隐患进行全面分析,并根据所存在的安全隐患制定有针对性的管理对策。结果手术室护理中存在的安全隐患主要包括护理人员自身因素、环境因素等,及时发现护理中存在的安全隐患并做好预防措施可以有效降低手术室护理中的差错事件发生率,从而提高护理质量,保证护理安全。结论手术室护理中存在的安全隐患较多,通过对护理过程中存在的安全隐患进行分析并制定相应的防范对策,可有效降低差错事件的发生率,提高手术室护理质量。
Objective To analyze the potential safety hazards in operating room nursing and propose corresponding management strategies so as to reduce the occurrence of nursing error events. Methods There are many hidden dangers in operating room nursing. The research analyzes the existing hidden dangers and makes targeted management measures according to the existing hidden dangers. Conclusion There are many hidden dangers in the operation room nursing. By analyzing the potential safety hazards in the nursing process and making corresponding preventive measures, the incidence of error events can be effectively reduced and the nursing quality of operating room can be improved.
