无创呼吸机辅助通气目前已成为慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者的重要治疗手段。无创呼吸机属于超高风险类的医疗设备,使用或管理不当可能加重患者病情甚至危害生命安全。有专家呼吁,将呼吸机的风险控制纳入医院全院医疗风险监测和预警管理的重要环节和内容,从购入到日常使用、维护都将安全和风险控制作为首要考虑的要素。因此,我们对无创呼吸机所存在的管理缺陷分析,提出应对措施。
Non-invasive ventilator assisted ventilation has now become an important treatment for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure. Non-invasive ventilator belongs to the ultra-high-risk medical equipment, use or improper management may aggravate the patient’s condition or even endanger the safety of life. Some experts called for integrating the risk control of ventilator into the important links and contents of hospital-wide medical risk monitoring and early warning management. From purchasing to daily use and maintenance, safety and risk control are the primary factors. Therefore, we analyze the management flaws existing in non-invasive ventilator and propose countermeasures.
