2006年4月20日~24日,在烟台龙口召开的全国实验区高中化学新课程实施成果交流会上,安排了17节观摩课,8个模块的内容都有。其中南京市金陵中学李惠娟老师上的必修1模块的《铁与生命力》使我感触颇深,现把其上课的情景复述于下。课堂实录上课后李老师首先和学生共同探讨了 Fe~(2+)在生命活动中的生理功能,用多媒体展示出血红蛋白携氧示意图,指出人体如果缺铁就可能出现缺铁性贫血,就应当补铁。接着她用多媒体展示了补铁的一种药品,屏幕上显示的是“速力菲——琥珀酸亚铁片”。老师让学生思考:能否用已学的知识检验“速力菲”是否含有铁元素?是 Fe~(2+)吗?同学们就开始思考,设计方案。同学1:将药片溶于水加氢氧化钠溶液,若先出现白色沉淀,然后变成灰绿色,最后变成红褐色,则证明该药含 Fe~(2+)。同学2:药片溶于水后加 KSCN 溶液,再加氧化剂若出现血红色物质,则证明该药含 Fe~(2+)。

Then she used multimedia to show a kind of iron-supplements medicine, the screen shows “speed Philippine - ferrous succinate ”. The teacher asked the students to think: Can we use the knowledge we have learned to test? “Speed Philippine ” contains iron? Is Fe ~ (2+)? Students began to think, design. Students 1: The tablets dissolved in water plus sodium hydroxide solution, if the first white precipitate, and then turn gray green, and finally into a red-brown, then prove that the drug containing Fe ~ (2+). Classmate 2: KSCN solution dissolved in water after the tablets, plus the oxidant if the blood red substance, then prove that the drug contains Fe ~ (2+).
