病例介绍患者,女,65岁。因“反复心悸5年,持续性心房纤颤术后心悸4个月”于2015年10月15日入院。5年前患者出现反复心悸,因未影响生活而未予重视,16个月前心悸再发,伴有胸闷、胸痛,以活动后明显,伴有出汗、夜间呼吸困难、失眠。动态心电图检查示:心房纤颤,可见差异性传导,ST-T段改变。院外予正规口服华法林、阿托伐他汀、胺碘酮和硝酸异山梨酯等药物治疗后心悸症
Case description Patient, female, 65 years old. Because of “repeated palpitations 5 years, persistent atrial fibrillation after palpitations 4 months ” was admitted on October 15, 2015. 5 years ago, patients had repeated palpitations, did not affect their lives and did not pay attention to, 16 months ago palpitations recurrence, accompanied by chest tightness, chest pain, obvious after activity, accompanied by sweating, dyspnea at night, insomnia. Holter examination showed: atrial fibrillation, visible differences in conduction, ST-T segment changes. Outpatients to formal oral warfarin, atorvastatin, amiodarone and isosorbide mononitrate and other drugs after treatment of palpitations
