本文阐述了在选择航空计算机操作用的指令和数据字长时,必须加以考虑的一些数据和指令形式的要素。首先应强调的是选择数据和指令字长须以数据和指令字长具有兼容性为准,即数据字长是指令字长的整数倍。这种编排适合于把数据和指令必须存于存貯器的同一区域情况,在专门研究存貯器效能的一节中,对取消这种兼容性要求的实现效果进行了研究。航空导航计算例证表明,采用可变字长运算所得到的数值等于由不变字长运算所产生的结果,同时可有效地缩减存貯器的容量。扩充存(贝宁)能由变字长指令的形式来实现。本文指出。为着继续发展程序设计技术,采用变字长运算和指令形式是很有效的。
This article describes some of the data and instructional elements that must be taken into consideration when choosing instructions and data words for aeronautical computer operations. First of all, it should be emphasized that the selection data and the instruction word length shall be based on the compatibility of the data and the instruction word length, that is, the data word length is an integral multiple of the instruction word length.
