建设中原经济区,河南应该倾力发展文化产业,打造一批具有科技含量和文化特色的产业品牌。品牌是一种无形资产,具有专有性和扩张性,并且蕴涵着令人愉悦和满足的象征意义。只有认识了品牌的价值意义,才可能有意识地去创立、深度开发具有突出文化特色的创意品牌,增加其附加值,从而使传统文化业态在创新中不断得到提升,增强我省文化软实力和综合竞争力。
