Benedict试剂的配制:取柠檬酸钠17.3克和10克无水碳酸钠溶解于80ml水中。再取1.7克结晶硫酸铜溶解于10ml水中,慢慢将此溶液加入上述溶液中,最后用水稀释至100ml,如溶液不澄清,可过滤之。
Preparation of Benedict Reagent: Take 17.3 g of sodium citrate and 10 g of anhydrous sodium carbonate dissolved in 80 ml of water. Another 1.7 g of crystalline copper sulfate was dissolved in 10 ml of water. The solution was slowly added to the above solution and finally diluted to 100 ml with water. If the solution was not clarified, it could be filtered.
