云南省烟草公司曲靖市麒麟公司为解决烤烟生产统一管理与分户种植的矛盾,保证技术成果有效实施到位,由县烟草公司、县烟办、县农委、县农业局、县科委的有关领导和技术人员组成的工作组,负责烤烟技术成果的引进、试验验证、技术方案的制定、技术师资培训、组织实施和检查督查工作。
