国际经济学的传统理论无法为当前的中美贸易摩擦提供合理的解释。因为传统理论在考虑内外均衡关系时主要关注两者之间的总量平衡 ,而忽视内外均衡的结构性互补关系。通过考察内部结构调整对外部环境的要求 ,并结合中美两国当前的经济结构特征 ,不难看出 ,中美之间贸易摩擦的根源在两国经济结构调整过程的特征和潜在的互补关系。在这种情况下 ,贸易摩擦的产生和解决过程就可以称为协调两国内部结构调整的契机和手段
The traditional theory of international economics can not provide a reasonable explanation for the current trade friction between China and the United States. Because the traditional theory mainly focuses on the total balance between the two while considering the internal and external equilibrium relations, it ignores the internal and external equilibrium structural complementarity. By examining the internal structural adjustment of the external environment and combining the current economic structural features of China and the United States, it is easy to see that the root cause of the trade friction between China and the United States is the nature and potential complementary relationship between the two countries in their economic structural adjustment. Under such circumstances, the process of creating and settling trade frictions can be described as an opportunity and means of coordinating the structural adjustment of the two countries
