计算机网络无疑是当今世界最为激动人心的高新技术之一。它的出现和快速的发展,尤其是Interne(t国际互联网简称因特网)的日益推进和迅猛发展,为人们带来了美好的生活前景,创造了大量财富。但网络并非一片净土,它同时也在制造着诱惑和罪恶。青少年利用网络进行犯罪尤为突出。本文从多方面阐述我国青少年网络犯罪的原因后,主张从青少年的思想政治教育、学校和家庭教育、网络管理、法制建设等多方面进行预防和控制。
Computer network is undoubtedly one of the most exciting high-tech in the world today. Its emergence and rapid development, especially the increasingly advanced and rapid development of Interne (Internet for short), has brought a wonderful prospect of life and created a great deal of wealth. But the Internet is not a pure land, it is also creating temptation and evil. The use of cybercrime by young people is particularly prominent. After elaborating the reasons of juvenile delinquency in our country from many aspects, this paper advocates the prevention and control from the aspects of ideological and political education, school and family education, network management and legal system construction of adolescents.
