β1, 6 branched N-glycans are a class of glycoproteins that are catalyzed by N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase-V and located on the cell surface. Changes in their biological activities are directly related to the biological behavior of cells and are involved in cell proliferation and enhancement Tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the biological function of N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase-V contributes to the further understanding of the pathogenesis of tumors and provides guidance for the treatment of malignant tumors.
