目的探讨胰岛细胞瘤(ICT)多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三期增强扫描的诊断价值。方法选取2005—2014年镇江市中医院收治的ICT患者7例。回顾性分析ICT患者MSCT三期增强扫描的诊断价值。结果 7例患者的肿瘤直径:<2cm 2例,2~8cm 5例;多发病灶1例,单发病灶6例;肿瘤位置:分别位于胰头、体、尾部1例,胰腺体尾部3例,胰头、钩突3例;MSCT平扫3例未显示呈等密度,呈均匀稍低密度结节影;5例呈肿块影;增强扫描动脉期病灶明显强化6例,静脉期病灶均明显强化,平衡期肿瘤强化不同程度减低,其中5例呈等密度,2例呈稍高密度;MSCT三期增强扫描诊断准确率为71.4%。结论 MSCT三期增强扫描可很好地显示ICT大小、形态、位置及富血供强化特征,诊断准确率较高。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of triple enhanced spiral CT (MSCT) in islet cell tumors. Methods Seven cases of ICT patients admitted in Zhenjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2005 to 2014 were selected. Retrospective analysis of ICT patients MSCT enhanced diagnostic value of three. Results The tumor diameter of 7 patients was 2 cm 2, 5 cm 2 ~ 8 cm, 1 multifocal and 6 single lesions. The tumor location was located in the head, body and tail of the pancreas in 1 case, in the tail of the pancreas in 3 cases, 3 cases of pancreatic head and uncinate process showed equal density with uniform low-density nodules in 3 cases, mass in 5 cases, enhanced enhancement in 6 cases of arterial phase and enhancement of venous phase in MSCT , The balance of tumor enhancement decreased to varying degrees, of which 5 cases were equal density, 2 cases showed a slightly higher density; three phase MSCT enhanced diagnostic accuracy of 71.4%. Conclusion The three-phase enhanced MSCT scan shows the size, shape, location, and blood supply of ICT well, and the diagnostic accuracy is high.
