臀位的纠正方法有很多种,如膝胸卧位、艾灸至阴穴和外倒转术等,但外倒转术有一定的危险性,不常用;膝胸卧位对一般孕妇来说,时间久了也会出现头晕、心悸等不适感,合并高血压的孕妇更不能坚持。我科运用日本兼子和彦等报道的“骨盘位自己回转法”效果较好,尤其对合并高血压的孕妇更为适用。此法简单、安全,现介绍如下。一、资料与方法 1984年4月至1985年10月,对门诊140例臀位采用这种臀位自行纠正法,其中孕28周~30周50例;31周~33周65例;34周~40周25例。具体做法是孕妇平躺在床上,腰下垫1~2个枕头(高约20厘米),双脚自然下垂在床沿每日早、晚各一次,每次15~20分钟,7天为一疗程。二、结果 140例中,成功107例,占76.43%;失败33例,占23.57%。其中以孕23~33周
