目的:观察具有益气活血功能的中成药西红康免煎剂治疗糖尿病骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法:229例患者遵照随机、盲法、对照原则随机分为治疗组140例与对照组89例。对西红康免煎剂的疗效进行观察。结果:治疗组治疗后临床和证候疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、骨密度等观察指标进行组内比较,经统计学处理均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:益气活血法有干预糖尿病骨质疏松形成的作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of XHKK decoction with Yiqi Huoxue function in the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis. Methods: 229 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (140 cases) and control group (89 cases) according to randomized, blinded and control principle. The efficacy of XKH decoction was observed. Results: The curative effect of clinical and syndrome in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and bone mineral density were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. There were significant differences (P <0.05, P <0.01) by statistical analysis. Conclusion: Yiqihuoxue intervention has an effect on the formation of diabetic osteoporosis.
