目的 :观察高功率脉冲微波 (HPPMW )辐照后大鼠血清中垂体、甲状腺、肾上腺及性腺部分激素的动态变化 ,以探讨HPPMW对内分泌系统的影响。方法 :二级雄性Wistar大鼠 35只 ,随机分为 7组 ,每组 5只 ,其中 1组为空白对照 ,其余 6组为辐照组。以功率为 99W·cm 2 脉冲微波辐照动物。于辐照后 1h、6h、2 4h、7d、14d及 2 8d分别采血 ,用放射免疫法在FT 6 30放免测定仪上测定血清睾丸酮 (testo)、雌二醇 (E2 )、促甲状腺激素 (TSH)、游离甲状腺素T4 (FT 4 )、皮质醇 (C0rt)、醛固酮 (Ald)及生长激素 (HGH)。所有数据经Spss 8.0统计处理。结果 :大鼠被辐照后 ,其血清E2在 1h~ 14d逐渐升高 ,在 2 8d则明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;Testo辐照后 1h、6h和 2 4h明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,2 8d则明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;TSH于辐照后逐渐升高 ,2 4h、14d到 2 8d时明显增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;FT 4辐照后 1h明显升高后 (P <0 .0 5 )逐渐降低 ,在 2 8d下降到最低点 (P<0 .0 1) ;Cort辐照后 1h ,2 4h和 14d升高 ,7d则明显降低 ;Ald于照后 2 4h明显升高 ,其它时相点均略低于对照组 ;HGH辐照后 1h~ 7d低于照前水平 ,其中 1h和 2 4h明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但 2 8d又明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :99W·cm 2 HPMW可引起大鼠血清激素水平
OBJECTIVE: To observe the dynamic changes of pituitary, thyroid, adrenal and gonadal hormones in rat serum after high power pulse microwave (HPPMW) irradiation to investigate the effect of HPPMW on the endocrine system. Methods: Twenty-five male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups with 5 rats in each group. One group was blank control group and the other 6 groups were irradiation group. The animals were irradiated with pulsed microwave power of 99 W · cm 2. Blood samples were taken at 1h, 6h, 24h, 7d, 14d and 28d after irradiation. Serum testosterone, estradiol (E2), thyroid stimulating hormone TSH), free T4 (FT 4), cortisol (COrt), aldosterone (Ald) and growth hormone (HGH). All data is processed by Spss 8.0 statistics. Results: The levels of serum E2 increased gradually from 1 h to 14 d after irradiation in rats, and significantly increased on 28 d (P <0.01). The levels of serum E2 decreased significantly at 1 h, 6 h and 24 h (P <0.01). TSH increased gradually after irradiation and increased significantly at 24 h, 14 d to 28 d (P <0.05). FT 4 decreased gradually (P <0. 05) at 1 hour after irradiation and decreased to its lowest point at 28 days (P <0. 01); at 1 hour, 24 hours and 14 days after Cort irradiation, Aldos significantly decreased at 24 hours after irradiation, while Ald at other time points were slightly lower than those in the control group at 1 hour and 7 days after HGH exposure. The level of Ald was significantly lower at 1 hour and 24 hours (P <0) .05), but significantly increased on 28th day (P <0. 01). Conclusion: 99W · cm 2 HPMW can cause serum hormone levels in rats
