[目的]研究MRI-CT图像融合技术对提高脑胶质瘤术后放疗患者靶区勾画的准确性和稳定性的作用。[方法]比较两位医师对11例脑胶质瘤术后患者分别采用直接勾画方法和MRI-CT图像融合的方法勾画的临床靶体积(CTV),通过比较勾画的CTV和适形度来比较两种方法勾画靶区的准确性和稳定性。[结果]采用MRI-CT方法勾画的CTV的体积小于用常规方法勾画的CTV的体积(t=2.49,P=0.032),而两位医师采用MRI-CT图像融合勾画的CTV适形度高于常规方法勾画CTV的适形度(t=4.21,P=0.002)。[结论]MRI-CT图像融合是脑胶质术后准确勾画靶区的有效方法。
[Objective] To study the effect of MRI-CT image fusion technology on improving the accuracy and stability of the target area of radiotherapy in patients with glioma after operation. [Method] The clinical target volume (CTV) sketched by direct drawing method and MRI-CT image fusion method was compared between the two doctors in 11 cases of glioma patients. The CTV and conformalities were compared to compare Both methods outline the accuracy and stability of the target. [Results] The volume of CTV sketched by MRI-CT was smaller than the volume of CTV sketched by conventional methods (t = 2.49, P = 0.032). The CTV conformalities of the two physicians using MRI-CT image fusion were higher than Conventional methods outline the conformality of CTV (t = 4.21, P = 0.002). [Conclusion] MRI-CT image fusion is an effective method for accurately delineating the target area after glioma.
