一、网上证券交易存在的交易安全问题 尽管网上证券交易是世界各国证券交易方式的发展趋势,但中国只是处于刚刚起步阶段,投资者对网上证券交易还是心存疑虑。从国内委托客户开户数看,投资者对网上证券交易还不热衷。截止2002年9月份,证券公司网上委托客户开户数达477.2万户,约占国内开户总数的13.93％。投资者疑虑的根源主要是网上证券交易安全问题。由于投资者面向的是一个虚拟空间,交易对象、信息来源、交易手段、确认方式都是虚拟的,一旦发生故障,就很难保障自己的资金安全,所以投资者对网上证券交易技术安全、信用安全、法律安全保障都存在疑虑。
I. As of September 2002, securities companies commissioned clients to open online accounts for 4.72 million, accounting for 13.93% of the total domestic accounts.
