目的:建立用高效液相色谱法同时测定口康灵中醋酸氯己定和甲硝唑的含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-磷酸缓冲液(30:70),检测波长为263 nm,流速1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:醋酸氯己定和甲硝唑分别在12.59-75.54μg·ml~(-1)和25.10-150.60μg·ml~(-1)的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率和RSD分别为99.7%,1.44%;99.9%,1.29%。结论:本法简便、快速、结果准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chlorhexidine acetate and metronidazole in Koukang Ling by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of Zorbax C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-phosphoric acid buffer (30:70) at a detection wavelength of 263 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1). Results: Chlorhexidine acetate and metronidazole showed good peak area in the range of 12.59-75.54μg · ml -1 and 25.10-150.60μg · ml -1, respectively The average recovery and RSD were 99.7%, 1.44%, 99.9% and 1.29%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality control of this preparation.
