目的分析临床药师参与肾内科抗感染治疗会诊的实例,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法临床药师配合临床参与慢性肾功能衰竭伴肺部感染的典型病例,对抗感染治疗进行叙述和分析。结果药师参与临床用药讨论,提出或建议的治疗方案,临床医师采纳后慢性肾功能衰竭伴肺部抗感染治疗取得良好效果。结论药师在临床治疗中协助医师制定治疗方案,对于避免耐药、减少不良反应起到了积极的作用。
Objective To analyze the clinical pharmacists involved in the treatment of nephrology, anti-infective treatment of cases, to promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods Clinical pharmacists with clinical participation in the typical cases of chronic renal failure with pulmonary infection, anti-infection treatment described and analyzed. Results Pharmacists involved in the discussion of clinical medication, proposed or proposed treatment options, clinicians after treatment of chronic renal failure with pulmonary anti-infective treatment achieved good results. Conclusion Pharmacists in the clinical treatment of physicians to assist in the development of treatment options, to avoid drug resistance, reduce adverse reactions played a positive role.
