鼠伤寒沙门氏菌为引起食物中毒感染的常见致病菌之一,占沙门氏菌食物中毒的55—70%。主要通过家畜、家禽、乳、蛋类等感染,而食用皮蛋引起鼠伤寒沙门氏菌食物中毒感染尚未引起应有重视。近年来我院每年夏季均收住食用皮蛋引起的食物中毒病例数起,惜未进行细菌培养。1975年6—9月,我院又收住4起因食用皮蛋后引起食物中毒的病例9例,分离出鼠伤寒沙门氏菌6株,兹列表报导如下:
Salmonella typhimurium is one of the common pathogenic bacteria causing food poisoning infection, accounting for 55-70% of Salmonella food poisoning. Mainly through livestock, poultry, milk, eggs and other infections, and food poisoning caused by Salmonella typhimurium food poisoning infection has not been given due attention. In recent years, our hospital has collected food poisoning cases caused by eating preserved egg every summer, but did not carry out bacterial culture. From June to September 1975, our hospital also received 4 cases of food poisoning caused by eating preserved eggs in 9 cases, isolated from Salmonella typhimurium 6, hereby list the following report:
